Job Key No 39896 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 60381-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 16 Jul 2026 Contract Period 01 Sep 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base mainly in Lam Tin Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Provision of IT Maintenance and Technical Support to End Users Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH; - Coordinate with the contractor(s) and end users of DH to enhance the efficiency and functionality of existing systems and provide technical advice on the requirements/specifications of IT systems, projects and initiatives to optimize and align with business operations of the Service and goals; - Provide support in procurement, testing & commissioning, maintenance and stores management of IT equipment and facilities, including but not limited to writing specifications and deliverables, monitoring the continuity and performance of maintenance services, keeping proper storage of the IT equipment and softwares, etc.; - Handle day-to-day IT-related technical issues, system administration and IT security to ensure the integrity, optimal performance and reliability of the IT systems and equipment as well as their compliance with relevant policies, regulations and guidelines of the Government and DH; - Provide technical support to setting up and upgrading the IT equipment, systems and infrastructure for business operations of the Service and development; - Coordinate with contractor(s) to monitor the operation and performance of the IT systems and provide prompt resolutions to IT issues to ensure their smooth and proper running., such as liaise with the contractor(s) to identify and solve technical issues in/across systems, verify the deliverables and work from the contractor(s), vet the submissions from the contractor(s), etc.; - Develop comprehensive technical documentations, including system design specifications, computer operating procedures manuals, and other related materials, and keep them up-to-date; - The normal working hours (Mon, 9:00 - 18:00, Tue - Fri, 9:00 - 17:45); and - Occasionally work at irregular hours may be required. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements i) Degree holder or above in Computer Sciences / Information Technology or related discipline; ii) Proficient in the control and operation of Windows and PC support services; iii) Min. 3 year post-qualification experience; iv) Proficiency in Chinese and English communication skills; v) Proficiency in keyboard input, Microsoft OS such as Windows Server, Windows 10 and Office software, such as MS Office and Acrobat etc.; and vi) Have good communication and interpersonal skills. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Virtual LAN/LAN Switching (VLS); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . At least 1 year's experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 1 year's experience in Networking (NET). Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 1.5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT); . At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
