| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
- Perform system enhancement, application migration, and re-development of Notes applications
- Provide technical support and helpdesk services for Notes/web e-mail systems and Notes applications
- Perform software testing and assist users in performing user acceptance tests
- Assist in conducting regular security risk assessment and audit exercises and disaster recovery drills
- Assist in administrative tasks including documentation, inventory check, etc.

| Requirements |
- Experience in developing Notes applications and/or Visual Basic applications
- Experience in supporting web mail system running on iNotes/Domino platform
- Knowledge of frontend programming (e.g. webpages) and backend programming (e.g. API development)
- Professional working proficiency in both Chinese and English
- Security vetting is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. 2 years' experience in Domino and Lotus Script (DLS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Application Development (LNA) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Administration & Technical Support (LON) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Visual Basic (VBC) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. 2 years' experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
