Job Key No 39838 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60376-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 16 Jul 2026 Contract Period 01 Sep 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development & maintenance of application systems of HKPF Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; - Work closely with key stakeholders to gather, consolidate, and manage business requirements - Transform business requirements into functional, non-functional, and technical requirements - Work with contractors and internal infrastructure teams to deliver the IT solutions - Review and maintain deliverables made by contractors like design documents, software specifications, failover procedures, etc. - Assist in performing system acceptance tests, user acceptance tests, failover tests, disaster recovery drills, security risk assessment & audit, etc. - Assist in project administration, inventory management, project progress monitoring, and provide regular updates to the management Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Hands-on experience on designing system architectures and solid knowledge on common tech stacks related to web applications and mobile applications - Hands-on experience and solid knowledge on programming, application design, and system design - Knowledge on government IT standards, procurement, inventory management procedures is a plus - Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese - Security vetting is required Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 2 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 2 years' experience in customer relations (ECR) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
