Job Key No 39837 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60375-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 16 Jul 2026 Contract Period 01 Sep 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development & maintenance of application systems of HKPF Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; - Design, implement, rollout new system enhancements and provide maintenance support to the existing system modules - Work closely with the contractors, provide necessary technical guidance to them, and lead them to deliver the products correctly on schedule - Cooperate with the internal infrastructure teams to manage the underlying IT infrastructure of the application system - Review and maintain deliverables made by contractors like design documents, software specifications, failover procedures, etc. - Assist in performing system acceptance tests, user acceptance tests, failover tests, disaster recovery drills, security risk assessment & audit, etc. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements - Hands-on experience and solid knowledge on the tech stacks related to Java-based web application development (e.g. Java, J2EE, Spring, JBOSS, DBMS like MySQL and Oracle) - Hands-on experience and solid knowledge on programming, application design, and system design - Knowledge on mobile application development (iOS, Android, HarmonyOS) is a plus - Knowledge on web servers (e.g. Nginx, Apache HTTP Server) or web application firewall is a plus - Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese - Security vetting is required Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
