Responsible for the support of Windows domain with over 80 physical servers and over 150 virtual servers running on Kernal-based Virtual Machine (KVM); 2. Oversee the infrastructure design, product and solution evaluation and recommendation, as well as the development of migration strategies and implementation procedures for OA servers and file servers infrastructure with necessary server hardware and/or software; 3. Provide technical support and guidance for the deployment of new office sites, including seamless integration of OA and file server infrastructure along with all required server appliances; 4. Monitor performance to reduce interruptions and server crashes; 5. Maintain system security for Windows servers by identifying and addressing faults and vulnerabilities, as well as coordinating both external and internal security auditing; 6. Review error logs from OA/AD servers and file servers to identify root causes and implement stable, reliable solutions; 7. Provide technical support and maintenance for storage, encryption, and data governance platforms to support a thousands of end users; 8. Responsible for managing video conferencing server migration, ensuring the seamless, secure, and efficient migration; 9. Respond to help desk requests and provide 7 x 24 technical support. Strong experience in the implementation and support of Windows server infrastructure, including both physical and virtual servers; 2. In-depth knowledge and strong experience in Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including AD re-structuring and object migration; 3. Strong knowledge in Group Policy and Microsoft Hyper-V infrastructure; 4. DNS Server management including DNS zone migration, design, and configuration; 5. DHCP Server management and IP address management; 6. Experience on large scale deployment, support and migration on Windows domain.; 7. Experience in storage, encryption, and data governance platforms; 8. Knowledge and experience with VBScript, PowerShell, Batch script and Shell script; 9. Experience in video conferencing server migration, including migration from Windows Server to Linux-based Server; 10. Security vetting is required. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 5 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN); . At least 5 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 5 years' experience in Windows NT Server Administration & Network Support (WNT); . At least 1 year's experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS); . 5 years' experience in Microsoft System Center Operations Manager Admin (OMA) is an advantage; . 5 years' experience in Data Encryption Technology (DET) is an advantage; . 5 years' experience in Data/File Backup Technology (DFT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 5 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 7 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
