Project Nature (T26) The iAM Smart Platform was launched in December 2020. It is a key smart city infrastructure to provide all Hong Kong residents with a single identity and authentication to conduct online government and commercial transactions in a simple, convenient and secure manner. Commonly used government, public and private online services are now accessible through the platform.

This CSA post will be responsible for providing operational and system maintenance support of the iAM Smart Registration Tablets, the iAM Smart Self-registration Kiosks and the Mobile Device Management system.
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
i. Liaise and coordinate with different contractors for the operation and maintenance support of iAM Smart Self-registration kiosks, iAM Smart tablets and MDM system, including the network connectivity;
ii. Monitor the performance of contractors on their operation and maintenance support of kiosks and tablets, including holding regular meetings, reviewing the service delivered and preparing the related documentation;
iii. Monitor the contractors and review their problem diagnosis and resolution of kiosk and tablet issues;
iv. Prepare test cases, coordinate and conduct testing on the functionality of kiosk and tablet, including the application program running on the kiosk and tablet, upon any system changes;
v. Support and configure the IT infrastructure components, both physical and virtual, connecting to the kiosks and tablets;
vi. Provide support on iAM Smart registration services provided to the public, including support at iAM Smart promotional events;
vii. Handle public enquiries and complaints related to registration services;
viii. Supervise subordinates to carry out tasks; and
ix. Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors

Requirements i. Possess experience in SA&D, unit test, SIT and UAT;
ii. Possess experience in vendor management;
iii. Possess solid experience in service management on kiosks integrated with MDM;
iv. Possess solid experience in monitoring the performance of kiosks and MDM;
v. May need to work on-site at different locations within Hong Kong;
vi. Be familiar with the operation of computer, mobile devices, including iOS and Android;
vii. Be familiar with networks and router configuration;
viii. Be familiar with Windows OS;
ix. Be familiar with Linux Server administration;
x. Speak fluent Cantonese and Putonghua, and good command of English and Chinese; and
xi. Good communication and interpersonal skills
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Router Configuration (ROU);
. At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 3 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF) is an advantage;
. 1.5 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Planning (ITP) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Good written English is a must;
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Excellent Putonghua is a must;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
