| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DH;
(a) To perform proposal evaluation and assessment;
(b) To follow up system development and implementation progress;
(c) To develop and implement the system application;
(d) To monitor the contractor on the project activities;
(e) To develop and execute test plans and test cases;
(f) To conduct functional test, system integration test and code reviews;
(g) To arrange user acceptance with users;
(h) To arrange production deployment;
(i) To assist the supervisor to carry out IT or project related duties as and when required.

| Requirements |
(1) Minimum 4 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects involving the implementation and maintenance of responsive web applications during past 10 years;
(2) Minimum 3 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects on RESTful API development during past 10 years;
(3) Minimum 2 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects on React during past 10 years;
(4) Minimum 2 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects on Node.js with Express framework during past 10 years;
(5) Minimum 2 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects on GCIS VM during past 10 years;
(6) Minimum 2 years of IT experience to deliver IT projects involving the implementation and maintenance of MySQL ClusterSet during past 10 years;
(7) Minimum 1 year of IT experience of pharmaceutical or clinical systems during past 10 years;
(8) Minimum 1 year of IT experience to deliver IT projects of health or clinical systems and APIs compliant with HL7 / FHIR standard during past 10 years; and
(9) Strong sense of responsibilties, good analytic and communication skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Client/Server Application Development (C/S);
. At least 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 2 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ).
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
