(T26) To develop and support Super App for the Hong Kong Police Force (HKPF)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
1. To gather and analyse user requirements for the development of Super App
2. To design the integration architecture to ensure smooth interoperability between different mobile applications
3. To liaise with different internal and external teams responsible for implementation and integration of various mobile applications
4. To coordinate vendor activities and monitor deliverables to ensure quality and timely delivery
5. To support testing, user training, production rollout and post-implementation troubleshooting
6. To supervise and lead the work of sub-ordinates in the same team
7. To perform other duties assigned by supervisors

| Requirements |
- Solid experience in project management and vendor management for HK Government projects, is an advantage
- Solid experience in system design and implementation of web-based systems using JAVA, web services and RESTful APIs
- Solid experience in JavaScript framework, such as Vue and React
- Solid experience in web programming
- Experienced in system design and implementation of mobile applications, is an advantage
- Experienced with infrastructure and application development framework for mini-program, is an advantage
- Security vetting by HKPF is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. 1 year's experience in Wireless and Mobile (WLM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG);
. 1 year's experience in project management (PRM) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
