Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) The project involves the implementation of an advanced video analytics system, focusing on the development, optimisation, and deployment of artificial intelligence (AI)-powered tools designed for intelligent video processing and automated analysis. Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF; - Implementing and fine-tuning AI algorithms to achieve high accuracy and operational efficiency in video processing systems; - Developing and overseeing testing plans for AI algorithms; - Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials; - Ensuring the overall quality and integrity of AI algorithm rollouts during deployment phases; - Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving system bugs, security vulnerabilities, or algorithmic errors; - Monitoring vendor performance; - Conducting inventory counts, quality checks, and technical usability verifications for delivered AI hardware components; and - Collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure teams and handling enquiries and troubleshooting requests from end-users. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Demonstrated experience in utilising artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning frameworks, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, with a strong preference for applications in computer vision or video analytics; - Solid understanding of database management systems (SQL/NoSQL) and standard System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies; - A proven track record of at least 1 year experience in enterprise -grade solution deployment, preferably involving Internet of Things (IoT) integration, closed-circuit television (CCTV) systems, or large-scale AI solutions. - Prior practical experience in compiling technical specifications for public sector tendering exercises or government IT procurement projects will be considered a distinct advantage; and - The successful candidates will be required to undergo and pass security vetting conducted by the HKPF. Technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS); . At least 1 year's experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P); . At least 1 year's experience in C++ (C++); . At least 1 year's experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 6 months' experience in Security Incident Detection and Handling (SDH). Non-technical Skills: . At least 1 year's experience in project management (PRM); . 6 months' experience in quality management (QMT) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in tender preparation and administration (TPA) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in Government tendering procedures (GTP) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
