To develop reports generated from Java applications using reporting tools. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements Possess hand-on experience in the following areas: - Strong JAVA programming skills; - SQL programming; - Web programming; - JavaScript, JQuery, React, Vue.js, JSON; - JasperReports; - Knowledge in configuration/automation tools e.g. Control-M; - Knowledge in Open source frameworks (Spring, Struts, Hibernate, MyBatis) is an advantage; - Experience in Tableau development and server maintenance are an advantage; - Experience in mobile application development is an advantage; - Experiences in Linux, Oracle and/or MySQL are advantages; - Experience in Cloud/Virtualization is an advantage; - Experience in DevOps is an advantage; - Experience in Frontend web application development is an advantage, e.g. Angular etc.; - Knowledge in SQL tuning is an advantage; - Experience in Government tendering, procurement procedures and vendor management is an advantage; and - Capable to work under pressure and tight schedule. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in batch job monitoring (BJM); . At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 4 years' experience in Reporting (Crystal Report, iReport) (REP); . At least 4 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 4 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Project Management and Issue Tracking System (PIT) is an advantage; . 4 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Data Modeling (DMO) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Enterprise Java Beans Development (EJB) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage; . Good coordination skills is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
