Job Key No 39766 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60257-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 07 Jul 2026 Contract Period 01 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Wanchai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Implementation and Maintenance Support Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HAD; A post is created for management and monitoring of the System Analysis & Design (&;#8220;SA&D&;#8221;), implementation, system integration, maintenance and support of a new information system including: - support the Project Steering Committee (PSC) and Project Assurance Team (PAT) in overseeing the development and delivery of a new information system; - monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the project timelines and objectives; - provide overall contractor management and coordination; - prepare the requirement specifications for the procurement of related hardware, software and services, etc; - assist users to identify the user requirements for system development; - coordinate the setup and maintenance of the information system in Government Cloud and assist the contractors to perform necessary tests - facilitate user acceptance test (UAT), data conversion and verification activities; - provide technical advice, resolve any possible conflict and follow up technical problems; - review and conduct quality assurance on system deliverables and documentation; - ensure the system adheres to Government policies, standards and security requirements; - provide technical support and training to end-users; and - perform any other related duties as assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 3.0 Requirements The candidate should have solid experience in conducting SA&D, system implementation and integration, maintenance and support, project management, IT Security and other related technical skills. The candidate should also have work experience in Java programming, application development and management, managing Government projects and supporting of Government systems. Knowledge in Government IT standards & procurement procedures, having professional IT qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, etc.) and experience in using Government cloud services are preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 4 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 4 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . 2 years' experience in VBA (VBA) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in EGIS (EGI) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM); . At least 4 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO); . At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . 2 years' experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (IEG) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
