Job Key No 39762 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 60197-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 02 Jul 2026 Contract Period 01 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Central, Wan Chai Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Implementation, testing and support of IT application systems Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the InvestHK; - Support full software development life cycle, including system analysis & design, implementation, testing, rollout and maintenance of IT systems; - Perform on-going IT systems' enhancements, testing, maintenance and support; - Coordinate project meetings and assist with project management tasks; - Provide end-user IT support services including help-desk service, troubleshooting user problems, product evaluation and performing system maintenance work; - Manage outsource vendors; - Candidate may be required to work in non-office hours and overtime on need basis; - Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Candidate shall have solid experience in application implementation and testing; - Relevant experience in IT application development is essential and full understanding of Software Development Life Cycle is required; - Shall have at least 1 year of experience in customer relationship management system and Microsoft PowerBI; - Shall have 3 years of programming experience and proficient in .NET programming and SQL; - Experience in automated web application testing tools, performance test tools and software version control tools is preferable; - Customer and result oriented; - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; - Commitment and dedication to organisational goals; - Willingness to work overtime when necessary; - Good communication skills including oral and writing; - Candidate shall be able to communicate in Cantonese and English. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB); . At least 1.5 years' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA); . At least 6 months' experience in Source Control Management System (SCM); . 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in software testing (STM); . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
