Job Key No 39761 Job Title/ Category QA Lead / Tester Number Of Vacancy 2 Relevant Field Application Development Nature Contract Contract Period ASAP to end of Jun 27 Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business note-issuing bank Location Base Sheung Wan Work Outside Current Location N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Duties - 參與執行涉及AI功能的系統優化項目的用戶驗收測試、回歸測試、生產環境驗證及試運行; - 根據業務需求及系統功能說明文件，撰寫測試計劃、測試場景及測試案例，準備測試賬戶及相關測試環境設定，執行手動及/或開發自動化測試，並評估測試內容的準確性，包括評估AI生成內容的準確性及確保AI輸出的穩定性; - 與項目組及持分者緊密合作，協助釐清需求、識別缺陷及潛在問題; - 妥善記錄、匯報、跟進及測試驗證各測試場景及案例，與開發團隊協調系統缺陷修正的優先次序，妥善解決問題; - 協助用戶培訓、提供測試支援及準備相關操作指引. - Participate in executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression testing, production environment verification, and trial runs for system optimization projects that involve AI functionalities; - Based on business requirements and system functional specification documents, draft test plans, test scenarios, and test cases; prepare test accounts and relevant test environment configurations; execute manual tests and/or develop automated tests; and evaluate the accuracy of test content, including assessing the accuracy of AI-generated content and ensuring the stability of AI outputs; - Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to help clarify requirements and identify defects and potential issues; - Keep, file records, reports; follow up and verify various testing scenarios properly; coordinate with the development team on the prioritization of fixing system defects to ensure issues are properly resolved; - Assist in user training, provide testing support, and prepare relevant operational guides. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 1.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Degree holder or above in Business Administration, IT/ Computer Science, Software Engineering, Statistics or related disciplines preferred; - Familiar with MS Office, Chinese/English data entry; - Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
