(T26) System Implementation and Testing of AI Chatbot and E-Form enhancement for the Housing Bureau

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
1. assist in the delivery of all IT activities in the system development and maintenance cycle;
2. mainly perform various system implementation and testing of AI Chatbot and E-Form enhancement for the Housing Bureau:
(a) to attend different phases of security compliance review meetings to respond security team's inquiries on the system design;
(b) to prepare System Integration Test (SIT) plan with test cases, conduct SIT and record SIT results into SIT report;
(c) to prepare Apache JMeter load test scripts, load & stress test plan, conduct load & stress tests and record the loading & performance into load & stress test report;
(d) to coordinate with AI Chatbot and E-Form support to schedule different testing including SRAA, load & stress test, red team security test; and
3. perform other project-related duties as designated by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
1. Meet the mandatory requirements stipulated in the Skill and Experience Section;
2. Possess strong analytical and problem solving skills in technical aspects;
3. Have hand on experience with load testing tool including Apache JMeter;
4. Have hand on experience with cyber security assessment tool including Nessus;
5. Familiar with different system testing including SRAA, load & stress test and red team security test; and
6. Have effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Electronic Form (EFM);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST);
. At least 2 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
