To plan and manage the cloud technology platform of WSD 2. To manage outsourced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) projects 3. To estimate project costs, allocate resources, and manage funding application, tendering and procurement in various ACPC projects 4. To liaise with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to establish a clear programme of activities 5. To oversee daily operations, track project progress, manage work schedules, ensure quality project deliverables, and handle change requests 6. To assemble, lead, motivate, and coordinate project teams, allocating tasks and responsibilities 7. To identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies 8. To ensure project outcomes meeting technical & security requirements and business goals Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 10.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 8.0 Requirements - solid experience in cloud technology and related system platform - solid experience in contractor management - solid experience in project management - solid experience in Government tender preparation and administration - possess knowledge and experience in managing Internet and Intranet security in Government - solid experience in managing IT security and security risk assessment Technical Skills: . At least 8 years' experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT); . At least 8 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP); . At least 8 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 8 years' experience in Network Design (NDN); . At least 8 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 8 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA). Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in managing Government IT standards (ITG); . At least 4 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 4 years' experience in tender preparation and administration (TPA); . At least 4 years' experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 10 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
