Ensuring the IT infrastructure related project are delivered on time & relevant controls are performed accurately & properly according to the Bank’s standard procedures. Duties - Serve contract assignments under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to a leading bank; - Infrastructure Server Management: Oversee the management of physical and virtual servers, ensuring high availability, patch compliance, and performance tuning; - Execute system-related tasks to ensure the provision of reliable and efficient computer systems supporting both application development and production environments; - Assess end-of-support hardware and software, and develop upgrade or replacement plans accordingly; - Provide technical support and expert advice to application development teams, operations staff, IT management, and other relevant stakeholders; - Assist in problem solving related to Virtual Machine, Wintel infrastructure system area; - Enterprise Capacity Plan & Management: Provide well plan and effective capacity management to meet the Bank requirements; - Maintain accurate records of hardware and software inventory; - AD & Exchange / M365 Management: Manage and support the bank's Active Directory, Exchange on-premise/hybrid environment, and the full suite of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Azure AD); - Implement and enforce rigorous change, incident, and problem management processes for all platform services; - Implement and manage Data Loss Prevention strategies using Symantec, Forcepoint related solutions; - Conduct risk assessment and develop proactive measures to safeguard sensitive information; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate DLP solution into existing infrastructure; - Configure and optimize DLP policies to align with organizational security policies; - Ensure all infrastructure platforms comply with bank security policies, regulatory standards, and disaster recovery requirements; - Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to platform technologies. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 5.0 Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; - Security & Compliance: A strong understanding of infrastructure security such as DLP policy management best practices and experience operating in a regulated environment; - Strategic Planning: Ability to develop strategic roadmaps, manage budgets, and articulate technology plans to senior management.; - Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and root-cause analysis skills for complex technical issues.
