Job Key No 39716 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 60179-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 30 Jun 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Yau Ma Tei or Cheung Sha Wan Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Infrastructure and application enhancement project of a mission critical system for Transport Department Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD; To monitor and handle external contractor for providing on-going support services and system implementation service and providing technical advisory to the project teams Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements 1) Sound knowledge in cloud computing and have at least Two-year working experience in server virtualisation environment, Windows Server, RedHat Linux, Storage Area Network (SAN), Traffic Sharper, Network Firewall and Load Balancer; 2) To liaise and coordinate with relevant parties on all activities related to system maintenance and enhancements on VALID, such as user requirement collection, system integration test, user acceptance test, load test, pre-production health check, etc.; 3) To perform quality review on the deliverables submitted by contractors; 4) Strong clear understanding of Government Standards and Guidelines such as Baseline IT Security Policy (S17) and IT Security Guidelines (G3); 5) Knowledge in enterprise grade backup solution, DR solution, and Network solution are definite advantage; 6) To assist in rectifying and resolving system and database problems when system incidents occurred; and 7) To perform any other work as assigned by the supervisor. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Networking (NET); . At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . 1 year's experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 1 year's experience in IT audit (ITA); . At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP); . At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
