This includes hands-on experience with frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular, JSP, jQuery, Bootstrap, CSS) and backend technologies (Java, Node.js, Spring Boot, Jakarta EE, Hibernate). - Must have solid experience in web services development, including AJAX, RESTful APIs, JSON data exchange, and related technologies for seamless frontend-backend integration. - Proficiency in MySQL and MariaDB, with solid experience in database design, complex query development, performance tuning, and advanced data manipulation. - Solid Experience in Windows server and Linux system administration, including patch upgrade, health check and other relevant service components. - Experience in GCIS IaaS, DBaaS, Shared Services is highly desirable. - Experience in iAM Smart development is highly desirable - Experience in Nextore development is highly desirable - Experience in CDEG is highly desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF); . At least 4 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 4 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI); . At least 4 years' experience in Web Services (WSV); . 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
