Job Key No 39711 Job Title/ Category Contract Analyst Programmer (Bid Ref 60173-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 02 Jul 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mong Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) IT Support and helpdesk service Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD; - Troubleshoot and resolve issues with desktop PCs, notebooks, mobile devices and printers at various LD sub-offices - Assist third-party engineers in resolving server equipment issues, including Domain Server problems - Maintain IT secure environment in LD according to the government and departmental IT security guidelines including regular review, identify and apply security patches, system hardening and remediation/fix for identified vulnerabilities, etc. - Communicate with users for the proper and appropriate use of IT in facilitate their daily office environment - Provide IT support for online and in-person meetings - Perform ongoing support and other tasks assigned by supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 3.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Must have solid experience in PC Support (install, configure and upgrade Office 2024, Windows 10 LTSC and Windows 11) - Must have solid experience in CMMP, ERKS setup and troubleshooting - Must have solid experience in Microsoft Active Directory (user account and group policy management) - Must have solid experience in patch management, video conferences (Zoom, Teams), anti-virus software (Symantec and McAfee) - Work experience in NAS is highly desirable - Work experience in server virtualization is highly desirable (Install and configure the virtual machine) - Work experience in setup Windows Server 2019, 2022, 2025 is highly desirable - Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . At least 4 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS); . At least 4 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10); . 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 4 years' experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
