Job Key No 39708 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60170-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 02 Jul 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mong Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Development, migration, enhancement, testing, ongoing maintenance, and support of IT systems and websites Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD; - Support the project manager in planning, management, and staff supervision - Conduct cost estimations and oversee procurement for services, hardware, and software on technically aspects - Supervise staff in developing and maintaining in-house applications and public-facing services - Collaborate with vendors and external partners to develop and maintain IT systems - Monitor outsourced service contractors to ensure deliverables meet quality expectations and comply with government standards - Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Must possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently investigate, diagnose, and resolve system support issues, coordinate with stakeholders to identify root causes, and ensure timely implementation of effective solutions and bug fixes - Must have strong interpersonal skills combined with a proactive attitude - Must have proven hands-on programming experience in integrating Authentication and Form Filling with &;#8220;iAM Smart&;#8221; as well as Digital Signing using &;#8220;iAM Smart+&;#8221; - Must be proficient in the government standard methodology for estimating manpower resources, encompassing the effort required for application system development, maintenance, and ongoing support - Must have proven hands-on experience in government procurement and asset disposal processes, including conducting tender technical evaluations and ensuring compliance with Stores and Procurement Regulations as well as other applicable regulations - Must have proven hands-on experience in implementing and supporting applications deployed on Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) and Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) , as well as administering and configuring JBoss Application Server on GCIS platforms - Experience in Angular is highly desirable - Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in IT Planning (ITP); . At least 6 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 6 years' experience in Document Flow/Workflow Management System (DOC); . At least 6 years' experience in EGIS (EGI); . 3 years' experience in Information System Study (ISS) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage. Non-technical Skill: . At least 6 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
