Job Key No 39707 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60169-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 02 Jul 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mong Kok Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) IT System Development, Implementation and on-going Support Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD; - To support IT managers in project planning, management and staff supervision - To explore, design, deploy and lead the operation of on-premises AI infrastructure for building suitable solutions to enhance the business operations. - To develop AI-enabled solutions such as chatbots, knowledge retrieval systems, and automation tools and facilitate users and corresponding system support team to incorporate the AI-driven solutions/options into the systems or business flow. - To collect user requirements, conduct system analysis and design, monitor system implementation and perform quality assurance on project deliverables for IT projects - To lead systems analysts and programmers for various application development and on-going maintenance of multi-tier web-based systems as well as to liaise with users, vendor and parties in other B/Ds such as DPO - To provide IT support to users such as office automation, periodic security risk assessment and audit, submission of various IT surveys and returns, etc. - To carry out other duties as assigned by the supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - practical experience in large language models, AI model deployment and optimisation, retrieval-augmented generation, Apple Silicon AI optimisation in the government/enterprise environment - solid knowledge of Python-based AI ecosystems and experience of Python scripting for automation in an AI-solutions. - Hands-on working experience in building and orchestrating workflows using platforms such as Dify and n8n, including API integrations, task chaining, and error handling - Experience in system implementation on GCIS such as IaaS, DBaaS is highly desirable - Experience in system implementation on DCI is desirable - Work experience in the Labour Department is desirable - Interview will be conducted in both Cantonese and English - Written test may be required during the interview Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . 3 years' experience in SSADM (SDM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 3 years' experience in site preparation (SPE). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
