(T26) This is a CSSA post responsible for the maintenance and support of blockchain-based common services and reference modules on top of a production-grade blockchain platform to support government bureaux/departments (B/Ds) to issue electronic licences, permits, certificates, etc..

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To carry out the maintenance and support for the blockchain-based common services and reference modules to support B/Ds to issue electronic licences, permits, certificates, etc.;
2. To act as client advisory to provide technical and advisory support to B/Ds who uses the common services and reference modules for developing their blockchain applications;
3. To work with support team of Government Cloud Infrastructure Services to administer the resources provisioned for the project implementation;
4. To maintain the thematic webpage of the blockchain platform and its common services and reference modules;
5. To give presentation on promotion of the blockchain platform and its common services and reference modules;
6. To provide support in vendor management; and
7. To perform any other work as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
- Possess solid knowledge in open-source projects such as Linux, Docker, Hyperledger Fabric, ChainMaker and FISCO BCOS;
- Possess hands on working experience of application development with Hyperledger Fabric, ChainMaker and FISCO BCOS;
- Possess hands on working experience of development of mobile app, web application and RESTful APIs.
- Possess good sense of analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Can work independently.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 4 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS);
. At least 4 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good spoken English is a must;
. Good written English is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in presentation (PRT);
. At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Good Putonghua is a must.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
