Perform the on-going upkeep of the security status and administration of system components of CMS and Central Audit Trail of Confidential Mail System (CATCMS). 2. Provide support to Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) exercise for mobile CMS and CATCMS including preparation, assessment of risks and findings, safeguard implementation and documentation. 3. Provide support and advice to B/Ds on the administration of CMS including configuration and server hardening. 4. Provide technical and administrative support on system backup and network monitoring of CMS. 5. May need to work outside office hours for production supports. 6. Conduct any project related tasks. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Solid experience in IT Security, including IDS/IPS, system security hardening for Windows Server, security framework (e.g. ATT&CK), vulnerability management, public key infrastructure and decryption/encryption technologies. - Solid hands-on experience in SRAA. - Solid hands-on experience in setup, implementation and administration of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft Hyper-V, and physical/virtual servers, and backup and restore solution such as ARCServe. - Experience in setup, implementation and administration of endpoint detection and response solutions and network monitoring solutions. - Experience in setup, implementation and administration of Microsoft Active Directory and other directory services (e.g. LDAP). - Experience in network design and management is an advantage. - Preferably with experience in administration of Microsoft SQL Server and Structured Query Language (SQL). - Experience in application testing is an advantage. - Experience in setup and administration of the government CMS is an advantage. - Able to communicate effectively and work independently. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: . At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 3 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO); . At least 3 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST); . At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12); . At least 2 years' experience in Endpoint Security Solutions (ESS); . At least 2 years' experience in Information Security Management (ISM); . At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA); . 2 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Microsoft SQL Server (MSS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network Design (NDN) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Network & System Management (NSM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good written English is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
