(T26) (a) Revamp of Market Stall Management System (MSMS2)
To revamp the Market Stall Management System (MSMS) developed in 2011 to cater for the adoption of the new market management policies and operation requirements in new / Market Modernisation Programme (MMP) markets managed by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department (FEHD).
(b) Utilising Artificial Intelligence (AI) to Expedite the Elimination of Illegal Dumping Black Spots
To combat illegal deposits of refuse expeditiously, such as improving environmental hygiene by significantly reducing the processing time for eliminating straightforward blackspots. This efficiency will be achieved through AI-enabled automated parsing, risk-based blackspot clustering, and the generation of structured action recommendations.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the FEHD;
Design, develop, implement, maintain and support web application systems including user training, system testing and documentation for the business operations of Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. Perform vendor management by ensuring external deliverables meet internal quality standards, API integration requirements, and project timelines.

| Requirements |
Working hours: Normal office hours
Working location: FEHD offices in Hong Kong SAR
Language required: Cantonese and English
On call duty: Not required
Technical experience:
- Experience in React Front-end application framework;
- Experience in Spring Boot is an advantage;
- Knowledge in leveraging Generative AI in data analytics is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 4 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 3 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 3 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. 1 year's experience in Web Services (WSV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 1 year's experience in vendor management (VMG) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
