(T26) Provide technical advice and services for implementation project and on-going maintenance support to a number
of existing application systems in HKPF

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKPF;
- To provide implementation support to new/enhancement projects under OPS SYS, e.g. CAPFIS and FPLS Kiosks Replacement Project and FDAP.
- To provide on-going maintenance support to a number of existing HKPF systems, e.g. CAPFIS, Duplicating Station.
- To provide technical support in different stages of new projects.
- To manage and coordinate with the contractors and related parties in supporting new projects and existing systems.
- To perform program development, implementation and integration, various kinds of testing, installation, and on-going support of existing systems.
- To perform procurement of hardware, software and services.
- To carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess the following mandatory skills:
(a) solid experience in IT Operational Management
(b) solid experience in PC LAN Support
(c) solid experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support
(d) solid work experience with/in the Government
(e) solid experience in Managment and Support of Gov Systems & Services
It is desirable if the candidate possesses the following skills:
(a) experience in JBoss Application Server
(b) experience in JAVA Programming
(c) experience in Structured Query Language
Security vetting is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM);
. At least 2 years' experience in PC LAN Support (PLS);
. At least 2 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 3 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
