(T26) Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System on SAP Finance Module

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
Provide daily application support to the Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP) including but not limited to the following tasks:
- Work closely with business support teams to support finance operations and processes in ERP system;
- Troubleshoot and resolve problems to ensure minimal business disruption;
- Perform program debugging, fix defects and implement preventive measures;
- Monitor background jobs and interfaces with external systems;
- Assist in month-end/year-end closing exercises;
- Provide reasonable assurance of system operability and functionality;
- Conduct regular regression testing for ERP System; and
- Assist to arrange user training.

| Requirements |
- At least 6 years of experience in SAP R/3;
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of integration with MM and external systems;
- Experience with SAP BW will be an advantage;
- Certification in SAP FICO will be an advantage;
- Experience with one or more modules (MM, SRM, BO, PM) will be an advantage;
- Good command of English and Chinese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills; and
- Well organised and able to work independently.
Technical Skills:
. At least 6 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP);
. At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 5 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI);
. At least 3 years' experience in Data Warehouse (DWH).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Business Process Modeling (BPM);
. At least 5 years' experience in customer service (CLS);
. 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
