| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the LD;
(a) Assist in management of IT system and lead programmers for various operation, maintenance, and enhancement activities
(b) Conduct on-going system support, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting activities
(c) Conduct user requirements clarification, perform systems analysis and design, and prepare specifications for change requests
(d) Provide IT advisory to end users, including planning and acceptance testing of IT system
(e) Perform quality assurance checks on project deliverables
(f) Take up other IT system works as required

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess strong technical knowledge in various development tools/environments including web/application server, application programming, relational database management system, cloud infrastructure, web design and maintenance etc.; shall work independently; shall have solid hands-on experience in design and development of web-based application systems using C# and JavaScript; shall have solid experience on managing Linux server; shall be good in spoken and written communication skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 5 years' experience in SSADM (SDM);
. At least 4 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 4 years' experience in Source Control Management System (SCM).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 4 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
