(T26) Support the contract administration of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
This post is responsible for supporting the GCIS project and contract administration of the GCIS contract. The job duties include:
- Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of GCIS
- Coordinate with and oversee the GCIS contractor to prepare documentation deliverables
- Involve in the review and verification of qualifications and CVs of contractor manpower resource
- Coordinate with contractor and internal GCIS taskforce in scheduling checkpoint meetings and meeting arrangements
- Assist in the management of the CPMWS portal and preparation of procurement documents for GCIS
- Assist and oversee contractor requests for shuttle bus service, access card and wifi access, etc.

| Requirements |
- Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualization required
- Experience in contract administration required
- Knowledge and experience in preparation and verification of system documentation
- Work experience in the government is preferred and have good coordination skills
- Knowledge in networking, Windows and Linux systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques
- Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques
- Knowledge and experience in Storage Area Network and IT security is an advantage
- Knowledge and experience in government procurement procedures preferred
- Written test may be arranged during interview
- Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 1 year's experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. 6 months' experience in IT Security (ITS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON);
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
