Job Key No 39603 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60017-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 22 Jun 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Cyberport Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Support the administration and contract management of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) and facilitate government bureaux/departments (B/Ds) to adopt the services Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; This is a post responsible for supporting the administration and contract management of the GCIS - Collaborate with technical teams to support the GCIS operation and acceptance of the deliverables of the GCIS contractor including but not limited to hardware, software and such sub-systems as self-service portal, auto-resources provisioning, centralised log management and analytics, central system monitoring and alert, etc. - Coordinate with and oversee the GCIS contractor to carry out various scheduled audits including annual disaster recovery drills, SRAA for GCIS infrastructures services and public clouds, hardware and software maintenances, etc. - Perform document management tasks including review documents submitted by GCIS contractor, perform quality checking, follow up with contractor on remediation actions and punctual document submissions, etc. - Support B/Ds to adopt GCIS, including client liaison, preparation of web pages and guidelines - Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of GCIS - Coordinate with and oversee the telco company and GCIS contractor to carry out WAN link installations according to specifications and project schedule. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Knowledge and experience in cloud computing technologies including server virtualisation, storage, security, etc. - Knowledge and experience in preparation and verification of system documentation - Knowledge and experience in management and support of government systems and services is preferred - Familiar with the requirements of government IT standards and procedures, such as Security Risk Assessment, etc. - Knowledge and experience in networking and system management is an advantage - Knowledge and experience in centralised system monitoring system, and/or centralised log management and analytics is an advantage - Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques, and detailed minded - Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques - Experience in contract administration - Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5); . At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Storage Area Network (SAN). Non-technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in contract administration (CON); . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good written English is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
