Job Key No 39601 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 60014-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 22 Jun 2026 Contract Period 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (5 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Cyberport Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) Support the administration and contract management of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) and facilitate government bureaux/departments (B/Ds) to adopt the services Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; This is a post responsible for supporting the administration and contract management of the GCIS - Collaborate with technical teams to support the GCIS operation and acceptance of the deliverables of the GCIS contractor including but not limited to hardware, software and such sub-systems as self-service portal, auto-resources provisioning, centralised log management and analytics, central system monitoring and alert, etc. - Coordinate with and oversee the GCIS contractor to carry out all the security patch updates/upgrades as required for the GCIS environments including ad hoc and routine anti-virus and vulnerability fixes issued by various vendors, act on recommendations by GovCERT and DITSO, etc. - Oversee the movements of GCIS contractor's manpower resources in the maintenance for GCIS System Operation and Support Services - Support B/Ds to adopt GCIS, including client liaison, review and follow up infrastructure related issues reported by tenant project teams, gather information, coordinate with GCIS contractor support team on troubleshooting and problem solving. - Provide support in the day to day project administration and contract administration of GCIS Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Knowledge and experience in implementing cloud computing technologies including server virtualisation - Knowledge and experience in supporting networking and/or security devices - Knowledge and experience in SAN storage and backup, implementing centralised system monitoring system, and/or centralised log management and analytics is an advantage - Knowledge in networking, firewall, anti-virus and information security management - Work experience in the government is preferred - Experience in management and support of government systems and services is an advantage - Public cloud infrastructure certification (e.g. AWS / Alibaba Cloud) is an advantage - Experience in large-scale, complex, and mission-critical IT infrastructure support or implementation is an advantage - Strong analytical mind and problem solving techniques - Competent communication skills (both of verbal and writing) and interpersonal techniques - Excellent team player, independent, self-motivated, able to work independently - Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required. Technical Skills: . At least 2 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 2 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT); . At least 1 year's experience in Networking (NET); . 6 months' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN) is an advantage; . 6 months' experience in HTML5 (HT5) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . 1 year's experience in customer service (CLS) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in contract administration (CON) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
