(T26) Support on the Virtual Private Network (VPN) notebooks configuration and provision of relevant technical support.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
1. To assist on the preparation and rollout of VPN notebooks;
2. To provide support on VPN system setting due to updated system patches or certificate renewal; and
3. To perform other ad-hoc supporting duties as assigned by senior officers.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate should normally work in NIHQ. In some occasions, the candidate would be required to perform on-site duty at different locations in Hong Kong including but not limited to Wan Chai Immigration Tower, Wan Chai Revenue Tower, Immigration control points and remote Immigration offices;
2. Shift duty (A shift: from 0845 hrs to 1733 hrs or B shift: from 0912 hrs to 1800 hrs);
3. Working in irregular hours and on Saturday or Public Holidays will be required occasionally if necessary; and
4. Criminal record check is required before acceptance.
Technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10).
Non-technical Skills:
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in logistics arrangement for the community/industry liaison (LCI) is an advantage.
- At least Level 2 or above in 5 subjects including Chinese and English Language in HKDSEE or Grade E or above in 5 subjects, including Chinese and English Language (Syl B) in HKCEE or equivalent;
- At least 2 years'relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
