(T26) This is a CPM position responsible for providing advisory support to senior Government officials' engagements relating to smart city and other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
- To assess incoming invitations for industry support to smart city events and prepare recommendation to senior Government officials;
- To research relevant materials, draft speeches and presentations, prepare event briefs, and follow up logistic arrangements with event organisers to support Government officials to participate in smart city related events;
- To manage and organise meetings / conferences / events on smart city;
- To provide advisory support on smart city related studies from Bureaux & Departments; and
- To provide administrative support to senior management, and other relevant tasks assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate is required to possess the necessary IT knowledge (such as Internet, big data, IT trends, smart city) and desktop research capability and should also have a general understanding of the Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong and Hong Kong Innovation and Technology Development Blueprint.
Relevant experience in providing advisory support to senior Government officials' engagements for industry development is most preferred.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE);
. At least 2 years' experience in Multimedia (MUL);
. 1 year's experience in SSADM (SDM) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Data Architecture (DAR) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Geographic Information System (GIS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in Internet/ Intranet (INT) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. Excellent written English is a must;
. Good Putonghua is a must;
. 3 years' experience in logistics arrangement for the community/industry liaison (LCI) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in event management (EMG) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage;
. 3 years' experience in IT in the community e.g. promote the use of IT/IT awareness (ITC) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in presentation (PRT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
