To support the operations, maintenance, and technology refresh of a mission-critical IT system built on Java EE and Oracle Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the REO; . To manage physical host operations, conduct on-site support with vendors at the Data Center, oversee server health monitoring, hardware maintenance, and hardware-level troubleshooting; . To configure, optimize, and manage cloud services (e.g., compute, storage, networking and monitoring) to support system scalability and resilience; . To assist in architectural design, evaluation, and migration of the system to modern cloud environments, while providing technical recommendations for technology refresh projects; . To prepare assignment briefs and technical documentation for IT services procurement and implementation; . To support comprehensive testing activities, including: - Load/stress testing - Security testing - Functional, integration, and regression testing - Resilience and disaster recovery testing . To perform end-to-end technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis by systematically reviewing application logs, system event logs, error traces, and performance metrics (including CPU utilization, memory allocation, and disk read/write I/O) to isolate and resolve complex infrastructure bottlenecks; . To support compliance and assurance activities, including Security Risk Assessment and Audit, Privacy Impact Assessment and Computer Audit by preparing evidence, configuration outputs, and technical justifications . To perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements - Strong experience in daily IT operations and system administration in both on-premises and cloud environments; - Hands-on experience in infrastructure performance tuning, workload optimisation, and real-time system resource analysis; - Experience in Java EE (including EJB, Servlets and etc.), frontend technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as Struts/React/Angular/Vue.js), backend frameworks and RESTful APIs; - Experience in configuring and optimizing cloud platforms, including compute instances, storage, networking and security groups - Experience in preparing technical documentation and supporting audits/assessments; - Experience in security testing and performance testing (load/stress); - For other requirements, please refer to the technical and non-technical requirements. Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 4 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA); . At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF); . At least 4 years' experience in IT Security (ITS); . At least 4 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 4 years' experience in SQL*PLUS/PL/SQL/PRO*C (OPL); . At least 3 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM); . At least 3 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP); . At least 3 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 3 years' experience in Java Servlet Programming (JSP); . At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM); . 2 years' experience in Experience in Datacentre Maintenance (DCM) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in IT Operational Management (OPM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . Good written English is a must; . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 4 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS); . At least 2 years' experience in IT Service Management (SMG); . At least 2 years' experience in software testing (STM); . At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG); . At least 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . Good Putonghua is a must; . 4 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
