| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ArchSD;
Provide infrastructure and network supports for system implementation projects
Review and provide recommendation on the design of IT infrastructure including network design and system management
Prepare work assignment brief for the procurement of hardware, software and related services
Assist in performing user acceptance test on hardware and project deliverables
Provide support for Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) exercise
Monitor outsourced system implementation and integration projects

| Requirements |
Solid experience in implementing and supporting Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and VMWare ESXi 7 or above
Solid experience in the design, implementation and support of network infrastructure
Solid experience in Network management, configuration and monitoring
Solid experience in Arcserve and Veeam Backup
Knowledge in Netapp Storage
Solid experience in system implementation life cycle activities
Experience in supporting Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) activities
Solid experience in supporting SRAA activities
Solid experience in managing outsourcing system implementation and integration projects
Knowledge in the following business areas :-
- Electronic workflow
- Information hub application
- Electronic submission processing system related to the building construction industry
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Working experience in the Government of the HKSAR
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in System Backup Operation (BKO);
. At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 5 years' experience in Network Design (NDN);
. At least 5 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 5 years' experience in Storage Area Network (SAN).
Non-technical Skills:
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO);
. At least 3 years' experience in vendor management (VMG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 12 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 8 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
