(T26) This is a CAP position responsible for providing on-going support and implementation services for enhancement of Government Human Resources Management Services (GovHRMS).

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To be responsible for program development, testing, documentation and production support activities of GovHRMS.
2. To be responsible for quality assurance on contractors deliverables.
3. To provide technical support on system rollout and data conversion of GovHRMS.
4. To provide user support in various activities including user training, user acceptance tests and hotline support.
5. To carry out system maintenance and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

| Requirements |
- Has solid implementation experience on Java Programming, J2EE Development and SQL.
- Knowledge in using JBoss Application Server and MySQL is required.
- Possesses good communication skills.
Technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 1 year's experience in J2EE Development (JDE);
. At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 6 months' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS);
. At least 6 months' experience in MySQL (MSQ).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
