Yes. | Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To provide the enhancements support and subsequent 7x24 on-call support for system monitoring and helpdesk infrastructure which include:
- support and maintain the system monitoring and helpdesk infrastructure of ImmD;
- perform enhancements and upgrade for the helpdesk system;
- conduct the technical evaluation and validation of new technologies on system monitoring to ensure seamless alignment with enterprise architecture standards;
- support and coordinate IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit for MCN; and
- other duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess the following essential technical skills:
(a) well-versed in supporting and administering virtualized server infrastructure using VMware vCloud Suite;
(b) solid experience in conducting IT Security Risk Assessment and IT security scanning tools; and
(c) hands-on experience in managing system monitoring platform and support the setup of monitoring for various network components and operating systems including Windows, UNIX and Linux.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 2 years' experience in Network & System Management (NSM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT Security Scanning Tools (SST).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS);
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
