(T26) To provide technical advice and support on the enhancement of IT security of the Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS) to fulfill the new requirements of Government IT Security Policy and Guidelines.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
1. To manage the project of enhancing GCIS to meet the new requirements of Government IT Security Policy and Guidelines
2. To review and take stock of the existing IT security measures of GCIS
3. To formulate an implementation plan for the security enhancements of GCIS to eliminate the gap between existing and new security requirements
4. To review the implementation of the enhancements so that GCIS can fulfill the new security requirements
5. To provide technical advice and support during the implementation
6. To coordinate with GCIS contractors, other internal teams and GCIS tenants for the implementation

| Requirements |
1. Must possess sound technical knowledge and experience in IT security and cloud infrastructure
2. Must have at least three year work experience in IT security operations of private cloud platform
3. Preferably have experience in managing outsourced contractor for IT security projects
4. Competent communication skills, both verbal and written, and interpersonal techniques
5. May be required to work outside normal working hours
6. May be required to work in data centres in Sai Kung, Tsuen Wan, Wan Chai and Cheung Sha Wan occasionally
7. Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 3 years' experience in IT Security (ITS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. 6 months' experience in Networking (NET) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in project management (PRM);
. At least 2 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. Good written English is a must;
. 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
