Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Facilitate Government Departments/Offices to migrate their existing email system to CMMP platform. Monitor, manage and control the project tasks, deliverable, progress, schedule and risk; - Provide IT technical support and advice to Government Departments/Offices to migrate their email service to CMMP platform; - Provide front line support to end user enquiry and usage problem case; - Assist in supporting all procedures and functions related to helpdesk service; - Proactively analyse the issues reported by B/Ds and co-ordinate vendors/contractors to find out the solutions as early as possible; - Act as a bridge between subordinates, B/Ds and vendors/contractors to make sure messages are exchanged effectively with DPO's senior management; - Monitor the performance of other subordinates; - Provide advice to Government Departments/Offices in application of funding and preparation of QPS work assignment brief for joining the CMMP Phase 2 service; - Prepare helpdesk reports for senior management's review; - Preparation and conducting meetings with contractors and follow up the action items; - Provide daily office administrative support; - Work outside office hours and providing on-call production support, where necessary; - Performing any work assigned by supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in client liaison and project coordination of large scale project is required. - Minimum of 3 years working experience in system analysis and design, implementation, testing, rollout and system nursing of messaging system. - Minimum of 4 years of working experience to provide support to answer email service and system infrastructure questions from users with only minimum supervision. - IT security experience in enterprise grade system is preferred. - Experience on preparation of SOA-QPS work assignment brief is preferred. - Experience on large scale messaging system support, customer relation and helpdesk service are preferred. - Holder of valid certification in project management or IT service management, such as ITIL Expert, PMP and PRINCE2, is preferred. - Fluent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English is required. - Working experience in HKSAR Government is preferred. Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . 3 years' experience in Project Management Professional (PMP) (PMP) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA) is an advantage; . 3 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in customer service (CLS); . Good coordination skills is a must; . At least 3 years' experience in customer relations (ECR); . Good spoken English is a must; . Good written English is a must; . At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . Good Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
