Yes. The frequency of travel to Guangdong Province is expected to be less than 4 times yearly. |

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To deliver planning and support enhancements to Windows workstation management related systems, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) and Windows operating system under ImmD's Government Office Automation (GOA) system in supporting the business expansion in new control points which include: - providing systems administration for Windows workstations and related management server application, including Active Directory, Microsoft Configuration Manager and other Windows workstation management systems; - providing support for the deployment of Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) to the Government Office Automation (GOA) system and workstations in new control points, followed by ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the EDR system; - monitoring, reporting and implementing security measures for Windows-based servers and workstations; - maintaining the stability of the existing GOA environment while supporting migration efforts and ensuring business continuity through uninterrupted operation of all critical systems; - preparing and hardening system images for the Windows 11 operating system migration, monitoring and tracking the progress of overall upgrade exercise and proactively identifying issues and providing solutions to address technical difficulties or failure encountered during the upgrade process; - delivering helpdesk and support services for related issues across for all immigration offices; and - other duties assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
The candidate shall possess the following essential technical skills: (a) profound knowledge and solid support experience in Windows Server; (b) solid experience in supporting and administering Active Directory in Microsoft Windows platform; (c) solid experience in supporting and administering office automation in enterprise environment; and (d) profound knowledge and solid support experience in Microsoft Configuration Manager.
Criminal record check will be required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 3 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12);
. At least 2 years' experience in Microsoft Active Directory Administration (ADA);
. At least 2 years' experience in Office Automation (OAN).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage;
. 1 year's experience in helpdesk call handling (HDT) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
