Location Base Tseung Kwan O and occasionally working at various Immigration offices and control points.
Work in Guangdong Province Yes. The candidate shall normally station at Immigration Headquarters at Tseung Kwan O, but shall be required to travel to various Immigration Branch Offices and Control Points including Shenzhen and Guangdong Province to provide on-site support (on same day return) where necessary. The frequency of travel to Guangdong Province is expected to be less than 4 times yearly.

Project Nature (T26) To support the infrastructure enhancements of the departmental email system and the implementation of the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform within ImmD.
Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
To carry out various enhancements and 7x24 on-call support for the ImmD's email infrastructure and support the Centrally Managed Messaging Platform (CMMP) migration within ImmD including:
- maintaining the system components of the existing email infrastructure utilizing HCL Domino and strengthening its security measures to ensure compliance with departmental requirements and government standards;
- ensuring the stability of the existing email infrastructure while facilitating a seamless transition to the new CMMP for all ImmD users and application systems integrated with or reliant on the current platform's services;
- providing 7x24 on-call technical support for issues related to the HCL Domino and CMMP;
- liaising with various ImmD internal application teams to conduct compatibility testings on email retrieval and directory access protocols, email routing and domain configurations to ensure the continuity of critical services by application systems;
- supporting the Mobile Device Management (MDM) configuration and deployment for ImmD mobile handheld devices and providing support services for mobile handheld devices on accessing departmental email remotely;
- performing technical evaluations on available technologies for SMTP servers and token management system in preparation for the upcoming systems revamp and transition; and
- other duties assigned by supervisor.

Requirements The candidate shall possess the following mandatory technical skills:
(a) solid experience in supporting the system components of HCL Domino email system and Lotus Notes client;
(b) solid experience in supporting Confidential Mail System (CMS);
(c) solid experience in supporting SMTP server;
(d) solid support experience in CMMP and Microsoft Outlook; and
(e) solid support experience in Windows Servers and GOA desktop on Microsoft Windows 10 platform.

Criminal record check will be required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in Confidential Mail System (CMS);
. At least 3 years' experience in Lotus Notes Mail Admin. & Technical Support (LNM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows 7/8/10 (W10);
. At least 2 years' experience in Windows Server 2008/2012 (W12).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. 1 year's experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 3 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
