(T26) Daily support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HD;
1. Provide daily support of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system including the following tasks:
-Operating system and database patch upgrade;
-ERP environment infrastructure support;
-SAP BASIS support and HANA database administration;
-SAP and Linux Operating System update and security patching;
-User account provisioning and configuration setting;
-Software transportation and deployment;
-System Backup and recovery;
-Disaster recovery planning and drill test;
-System monitoring, health check and troubleshooting;
-Batch job monitoring; and
-System documentation and record management.
2. Communicate with all levels and solve the technical problem;
3. Adopt the standard process methodology and follow the corresponding IT guideline.

| Requirements |
-Minimum 48 months of IT technical support and/or system implementation experience;
-Knowledge of SAP BASIS;
-Able to work independently;
-Good command of English and Chinese; and
-Well organized and able to work independently.
Technical Skills:
. At least 5 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 4 years' experience in batch job monitoring (BJM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP);
. 2 years' experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) is an advantage;
. 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment (SRA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 3 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG);
. Excellent written English is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
