Mainly involve in IT activities, including cost and effort estimation, impact analysis, user requirements collection, system analysis and design, coding and testing, quality assurance, system support and problem diagnosis and enhancements in both system enhancement and maintenance cycles for online web system(s) 2. Assist the project manager in project management, contract administration and managing outsourced services; and 3. Support ICU users with IT related issues 4. Perform other administrative activities as when required Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 5.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements 1. Experience in requirement study, system analysis & design and implementation of intranet and internet applications. 2. Experience in support, maintain and develop application systems. Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in JBoss Application Server (JAS); . At least 6 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 6 years' experience in J2EE Development (JDE); . At least 6 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL); . At least 5 years' experience in Unix/Linux Shell Scripting (ULS); . At least 5 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM). Non-technical Skill: . At least 5 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 5 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
