(T26) To provide professional IT advice for system infrastructure enhancement in the Next Generation Electronic Services System (e-Services-2) and Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks (PDSKs) in Immigration Headquarters.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ImmD;
The staff will be assigned to the project team for system infrastructure enhancement in e-Services-2 and PDSKs. Tasks include:
(a) to take up round-the-clock on-call duties and provide technical support for e-Services-2 and PDSKs;
(b) to coordinate with related stakeholders and provide technical support for the problem diagnosis and resolutions, system support, system enhancement, security patch updates and on-site IT activities related to system infrastructure of e-Services-2 and PDSKs;
(c) to provide quality assurance on project deliverables from the various contractors; and
(d) to perform any other duties as may be required.

| Requirements |
The CSA should be able to work independently and possess strong experience in providing technical support for production systems with round-the-clock online services.
The CSA will normally work in the Headquarters of Immigration Department at Tseung Kwan O and will be occasionally required to provide support at various branch offices, Immigration control points and work outside office hours.
Criminal record check is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 4 years' experience in Linux System Administration (LIN);
. At least 4 years' experience in Server Virtualisation Technology (SVT);
. At least 4 years' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM).
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 2 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
