Additionally, to lead the new CSD IT projects including IT Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA). Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the CSD; The proposed staff shall take a leading role of managing and facilitating the system implementation and maintenance tasks at different stages. The duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to, the followings:- 1. Participating in procurement and funding processes of IT systems, products and services; 2. Performing testing and implementation of system and security patches; 3. Providing delivery works including system programming, feasibility study, design, testing, system acceptance, performance monitoring, capacity planning, technical support and quality assurance; 4. Liaising with parties concerned (including users, vendors, computer operators) for requirement study, implementation and on-going support activities; 5. Performing vendor management; 6. Participating in managing outsourcing services including quality assurance of deliverables and service acceptance; 7. Performing project management and assisting supervisors in cashflow management; 8. Assisting supervisors in team building and management; and 9. Performing any other duties as assigned by the supervisor. Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 8.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 4.0 Requirements (a) Experience in supporting the management of outsourced IT implementation projects and system maintenance; (b) Familiar with Government policies/ procedures, such as IT Baseline Security Policy, System Development Life Cycle and Stores and Procurement Procedures. (c) Good communication skill, both written and verbal, in Chinese or English. Preference will be given to those who are proficient in both languages. (d) Self-motivated, independent, diligent, polite, pro-active, fast-learning and a good team player; (e) Working at the remote correctional facilities for the provision of support services as and when required; and (f) Undergoing integrity check by HKPF is required. Technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in PRINCE (PRE); . At least 6 years' experience in SSADM (SDM); . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 3 years' experience in Function Point Analysis (FPA); . At least 3 years' experience in Oracle RDBMS (ODB); . 1 year's experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage; . 1 year's experience in Disaster Recovery Planning (DRP) is an advantage. Non-technical Skills: . At least 6 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV); . At least 6 years' experience in the management and support of Government systems and services (GSS); . At least 6 years' experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT); . At least 6 years' experience in IT procurement (PRO). - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
