(T26) To provide programming and technical support for GOWISE push notifications and mobile application during UAT and nursing period.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the HKO;
A CAP is required to take up the following tasks during the contract period:
(1) Integrate push notification services with Firebase Cloud Messaging and database such as MySQL;
(2) Perform testing on user subscription logic for notifications and ensure cross-platform compatibility including iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS;
(3) Enhance the mobile application functionality and performance to ensure cross-device compatibility;
(4) Carry out integration of the mobile application with the revamped GOWISE website using web APIs;
(5) Address user's comments on the mobile platform;
(6) Prepare test cases and sample data and conduct functionality and reliability test of the mobile application;
(7) Carry out configuration and programming modification according to the security risk assessment and audit (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) report;
(8) Conduct system monitoring, tuning, and hot fix; and
(9) Prepare documentation and training to HKO staff.

| Requirements |
(1) Proficiency in mobile application development with React Native;
(2) Proficiency in web development using React, PHP, SQL;
(3) Proficiency in Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) for cross-platform push notification implementation;
(4) Experience in GIS development;
(5) Experience in version control tools such as Gitlab or GitHub; and
(6) Knowledge of Apache/Nginx web servers and Unix/Linux Shell Scripting is a plus.
A criminal record check will be required, and the offer is subject to the criminal record check
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in HTML5 (HT5);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 1 year's experience in PHP programming (PHP);
. At least 6 months' experience in Huawei VRP & Huawei Products (HAU);
. 1 year's experience in Apache Web Server (AWS) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. At least 6 months' experience in work with the Government (GOV).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
