| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the TD;
1) Develop computer systems to automate and improve internal workflows within the Transport Department,
2) Propose, design and implement innovative technologies to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery;
3) Participate in planning and execution of department-wide IT modernisation projects;
4) Support and maintain production systems; and
5) Perform other duties assigned by SE/IT or his delegates.

| Requirements |
1) Holder of a Hong Kong university degree, or equivalent;
2) Proven experience in development, design and implementation of programmes and software systems, including hands-on experience in coding, system integration and workflow automation.
3) Self-motivated to work with minimal supervision;
4) Willing to adopt new computer technologies and skills;
5) Good communication and interpersonal skills; and
6) Knowledge and experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) implementation is advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Java Application Framework (e.g. Struts (Apache)) (JAF);
. At least 2 years' experience in JavaScript Programming (JAP);
. At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV);
. At least 2 years' experience in Web Programming (WEB);
. At least 1 year's experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI);
. At least 1 year's experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. 6 months' experience in Tomcat Application Server (TOM) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in Experience in C# programming (C#P) is an advantage;
. 6 months' experience in MS ASP.NET (MSA) is an advantage.
Non-technical Skill:
. 6 months' experience in IT procurement (PRO) is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 2 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
