(T26) This is a CPM position responsible for leading a team to manage the implementation and on-going support of the Digital Corporate Identity (CorpID) Platform.

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO;
The CPM will
i) lead a team to co-ordinate and manage the implementation of the CorpID Platform;
ii) arrange resources to support day-to-day operation of the CorpID Platform;
iii) facilitate the adoption of CorpID by bureau/departments and external parties.
The CPM is required to co-ordinate and interface with different government contractors and support teams for implementation of the CorpID Platform and will be required at times to provide support after normal office hours for special events, fire-fighting and urgent deployment of services and to meet the service delivery schedule.

| Requirements |
1. The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' experience in managing the implementation of critical public-facing application systems running on cloud platforms and microservice-based architecture;
2. Possess strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills as well as to take a leading role on application design and development, troubleshooting and quality assurance;
3. The candidate is required to have at least 4 years' solid hands-on application development experience using cryptography, public key infrastructure and MySQL;
4. The candidate is required to have at least 2 years' experience of business process re-engineering and application development using JSON, blockchain and hardware security module; and
5. To carry out other project related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Criminal record verification by the Hong Kong Police Force is required.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in Cryptography (CRY);
. At least 4 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI);
. At least 4 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI);
. At least 4 years' experience in MySQL (MSQ);
. At least 4 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 2 years' experience in Business Process Re-engineering (BPE);
. Good coordination skills is a must;
. At least 2 years' experience in quality assurance (QAS);
. At least 2 years' experience in vendor management (VMG).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
