(T26) - Implementation of Departmental Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SRAA) and Privacy Impact Assessment and Audit (PIAA); and
- Maintenance support service for Electronic Submission System (ESS)

| Duties |
- Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the ORO;
- Assist in the implementation of major IT systems in ORO, including departmental SRAA and PIA;
- Assist in provision of maintenance support services for the ESS;
- Assist in liaising with and coordinating among various parties such as Government Departments, ORO users, contractors in various projects, Government Cloud Infrastructure Services (GCIS), and e-payment service under GCIS;
- Assist in support and monitor SMS notification service of ESS;
- Assist in project management activities including project control and monitoring, and review of project progress and deliverables;
- Assist in the in-house development of various projects;
- Support supervisor in providing technical advice to management and users; and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

| Requirements |
Have a university degree or equivalent in information systems, information technology, or computer science;
- Have at least six years of post-qualification IT experience including at least four years of experience in managing projects and developing IT applications;
- Have experience with applications development;
- Solid experience in managing ESS, SRAA and PIA;
- Solid experience in liaising with GCIS and implementation of e-payment service under GCIS;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proactive, committed to work and able to work under pressure;
- Have a sound understanding and experience on the IT infrastructure;
- Knowledge and experience in system implementation are highly desirable;
- Knowledge in Government procurement, IT standards and methodologies is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
. At least 4 years' experience in IT Application Development and Management (ADM);
. At least 4 years' experience in Document Management System (DMS);
. At least 4 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM);
. At least 2 years' experience in Structured Query Language (SQL);
. At least 2 years' experience in Infrastructure (INF);
. At least 2 years' experience in Security Risk Assessment and Audit (SAA).
Non-technical Skills:
. At least 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV);
. At least 1 year's experience in Government procurement/disposal procedures (GPD);
. At least 1 year's experience in managing Government projects (MGP);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT service/outsourcing management (OUT);
. At least 1 year's experience in IT procurement (PRO).
- Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent;
- At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 4 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
