Job Key No 39373 Job Title/ Category Contract Senior Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59764-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 29 May 2026 Contract Period 16 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mainly Nam Cheong, Sham Shui Po, and occasional visit to other offices in Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Maintenance & Support of a Government Internal Email System Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Take part in analysis and design, implementation, and testing on system changes/enhancements of a government internal email system - Design, develop, maintain and support the customisation for the Email Application of a government internal email system, including the Microsoft Exchange servers, web application servers (C#/.NET/IIS), and the Outlook plugins (C#/.NET/VSTO) - Design, develop, maintain and support the migration tools and the customisation (in JAVA/OpenJDK/Lotus Notes Script) - Design, develop, maintain and support the Reporting Application of a government internal email system which monitors and processes system logs, and generates reports (in Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Grafana and ZooKeeper) - Design, develop, maintain and support the OWA addin of a government internal email system which interfaces with a locally installed Large Language Model (in HTML, Typescript and CSS) - Design, develop, maintain and support the script for directory synchronisation programs (in .NET/PowerShell Script/Lotus Notes Script) between Domino Directory and Active Directory - Identify and resolve reported issues for the email application, migration application, and directory application and reply to the reporting users, and create and maintain knowledgebase documents for the team for reference in future for resolutions - Maintain and prepare scripts (Exchange Shell and Windows PowerShell) to automate tasks and integration with other applications - Assist in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors - Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project - Monitor and report applications usage and healthiness - Provide liaison and support to different stakeholders, and other B/Ds on the production setup and client rollout for a government internal email system - Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support - Perform any work assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 6.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 2.0 Requirements - Minimum of 6 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 2 years of working experience in system analysis and design - Minimum of 5 years of solid working experience in system programming using C# language and Microsoft .NET Framework - Minimum of 5 years of solid working experience in system programming using JAVA language - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of VSTO add-ins - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in Public Key Infrastructure - Minimum of 1 year of solid working experience in Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Grafana and ZooKeeper - Knowledge and experience in email related protocols, including S/MIME, ActiveSync, MAPI is highly preferred - Knowledge and experience in building and integrating applications with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, context management, response handling, and API integration is preferred. - Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic - Good command in written English is required Technical Skills: . At least 5 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 5 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 5 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 5 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . At least 2 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI); . At least 2 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI); . At least 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT). Non-technical Skills: . Good written English is a must; . Good coordination skills is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . 2 years' experience in managing Government projects (MGP) is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 6 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 2 years' relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
