Job Key No 39372 Job Title/ Category Contract Systems Analyst (Bid Ref 59731-1) Number Of Vacancy 1 Relevant Field Others Nature Contract Deadline 29 May 2026 Contract Period 08 Jul 2026 to 31 Jan 2027 (6 months) Payroll under InfoTech Employer Business Government T26 Contract Location Base Mainly Nam Cheong, Sham Shui Po, and occasional visit to other offices in Hong Kong Work in Guangdong Province N/A Monthly Salary Range HK$ N/A - N/A Project Nature (T26) System Maintenance & Support of a Government Internal Email System Duties - Serve a contract assignment under InfoTech's headcount, full-time second to serve the DPO; - Take part in analysis and design, implementation, and testing on system changes/enhancements of a government internal email system - Design, develop, maintain and support the customisation for the Email Application of a government internal email system, including the Microsoft Exchange servers, web application servers (C#/.NET/IIS), and the Outlook plugins (C#/.NET/VSTO) - Design, develop, maintain and support the Mail Administration Application of a government internal email system (in C#, ASP.NET, Java, Javascript and Typescript). - Design, develop, maintain and support the Reporting Application of a government internal email system which monitors and processes system logs, and generates reports (in Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Grafana and ZooKeeper) - Design, develop, maintain and support the OWA addin of a government internal email system which interfaces with a locally installed Large Language Model (in HTML, Typescript and CSS) - Identify and resolve reported issues related to a government internal email system, reply to the reporting users, and create and maintain knowledgebase documents for the team for reference in future for resolutions - Assist in assuring and controlling of the quality of the project deliverables produced by the contractors/vendors - Provide daily administrative support and produce reports and deliverables meeting the internal standards and requirements of the project - Monitor and report system usage and healthiness - Provide liaison and support to different stakeholders, and other B/Ds on the production setup and client rollout for a government internal email system - Work outside office hours and provide on-call production support - Perform any work assigned by supervisor Yrs of Total Post-Quali Exp 4.0 Yrs of Relevant Exp 1.0 Requirements - Minimum of 4 years of post-qualification IT experience, in which includes a minimum of 1 years of working experience in system analysis and design - Minimum of 3 years of working experience in system implementation, maintenance and support of IT system - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in JAVA language - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in C# programming and Microsoft .NET Framework - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in VSTO add-ins - Minimum of 2 years of working experience in configuration and support of Microsoft Outlook 2019/2021/2024 - Minimum of 2 years of solid working experience in Public Key Infrastructure - Minimum of 1 year of solid working experience in Kafka, Redis, ClickHouse, Grafana and ZooKeeper - Knowledge and experience in email related protocols, including S/MIME, ActiveSync, MAPI is highly preferred - Knowledge and experience in building and integrating applications with Large Language Models, including prompt engineering, context management, response handling, and API integration is preferred. - Knowledge and experience in working with/in the Government is preferred - Self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure, multi-tasking and energetic - Good command in written English is required - Good command in spoken Mandarin is preferred Technical Skills: . At least 3 years' experience in System Implementation and Maintenance/Support (SIM); . At least 2 years' experience in Enterprise Application Integration (EAI); . At least 2 years' experience in JAVA Programming (JAV); . At least 2 years' experience in Multi-tier System Integration (MSI); . At least 2 years' experience in .Net Development (NDE); . At least 2 years' experience in .NET C# (NEC); . At least 2 years' experience in Public Key Infrastructure (PKI); . At least 1 year's experience in Data Management (DMT). Non-technical Skills: . Good written English is a must; . 1 year's experience in work with the Government (GOV) is an advantage; . Good Putonghua is an advantage. - Bachelor's degree/Higher Diploma in Computer Science, IT or equivalent; - At least 4 years' post-qualification experience in which at least 1 year's relevant experience in a similar post and in a comparable capacity.
